The 2019 joint ACB-Ohio and ACB-Indiana Conference and Convention will take place at the Crown Plaza Columbus North hotel in Columbus, Ohio November 15 through 17. The program committee is hard at work putting together workshops and speakers. The committee is working on planning a tour of the statehouse as an outing for Friday afternoon. An interesting feature of the Ohio Statehouse is a tactile map of the state on the floor of the rotunda. The theme this year is “Breaking Down Barriers” and Linda Leuderman of Women at Risk will present the keynote address.
• Restaurant and Grocery Delivery service apps: this session will focus on the various apps and services available to order food and groceries online and the accessibility of each app.

• Cutting the Cord: This session will present options for getting television and movies without the traditional systems. For example, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime offer different services to stream TV and movies. The session will cover different options and discuss the accessibility of each one.
• Additional sessions: essential oils, vision enhancement glasses, health insurance information and more. The program committee is excited to finish up the itinerary and get registration open soon.
